Welcome to 9jaBillz. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our API services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These rules apply to all visitors, users, and resellers who access or use our infrastructure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and transaction PINs. 9jaBillz shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.

Wallet funding via bank transfer or automated virtual accounts is final. We do not offer refunds for funded wallets unless a technical error occurred on our end. Users must ensure they send the correct amount to the designated account provided in their dashboard.

Developers using our API must implement appropriate security measures to protect their API keys. 9jaBillz reserves the right to suspend API access if we detect suspicious activity, high failure rates, or attempts to circumvent our infrastructure security.

Due to the nature of digital goods (Airtime, Data, Tokens), all successful transactions are final and cannot be reversed. If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, our system will automatically refund the amount within 24 hours.

We collect personal information such as names, emails, and phone numbers to provide services. We do not sell your data to third parties. All financial data is encrypted and handled securely through our payment processors.
